Who we are

Nasir Azad – Founder, Sales and Marketing Manager
Nasir started Modern Living with Kalam Azad after spotting a gap in the market for beautifully made, affordable furniture. As well as looking after the website and offline marketing, Nasir spends a lot of his time on the road promoting the business. He also travels overseas regularly to source new products. Modern Living blends Nasir’s passion for modern furniture, e-business and travel. 

Kalam Azad – Founder, Operations Manager

Kalam is our Operations Manager. A logistics ace, he makes sure the buying and delivery process is as faultless as the construction of our furniture. 

Mainaaz Begum and Nazia Shimnaz – Accounts and Product Sourcing
